MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor the quality and timelines of task
- Supervise staff
- Make work plans and schedules.
- Manage stock replenishment
- Receive and ensure plants are well merchandised
- Organize and maintain the sales area (facing, keeping it clean, etc.)
- Foster a climate of trust and communication within your team
- Greet and courteously advise customers on their selections
- Other related tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of horticulture (an asset)
- Strong aptitude and interest in retail sales
- Organizational skills, adaptability, dynamism, and teamwork
- Resourcefulness and versatility
Language requirements : French, written and spoken. English is an asset.

Employment Status: Seasonal, full-time, daytime, evening, and weekends
Salary: Starting at $23/hours, based on experience
